This is Mad Science’s super science sampler - explore the world of science with a different set of fun science topics each morning and afternoon. Sign up for the full day “combo camp” to try them all!

Morning activities:
Campers will experiment with super-strong magnets and have a “hair-raising” experience while learning about electricity. They will play tricks on their senses by experimenting with their taste buds, manipulating sound waves, and creating optical illusions. Kids will investigate light waves and explore the properties of color. Projects that campers will make and take home include a periscope, an electric Newtonian color wheel, floating magnets, a static electricity stick, a color-changing “heat sheet”, and more!

Afternoon activities:
Your Mad Scientist will feel the force of energy, the pull of gravity, and the might of motion in three exciting physics explorations...and shoot objects around the room. They will also explore green energy sources and the world of telecommunications, and experiment with robots and robotics. Take home projects include a catapult, a robotic hand, a mini-generator, and a fiber optic map.
